Accessing this site and using the service implies acceptance of the terms set out in this notice.
3. Terms of use
Users undertake to use the website and the service in accordance with the law, this notice and any instructions provided, and not for unlawful purposes or in any way harmful to third parties.
The sandbox is provided solely for development and integration. It sends nothing to the tax agency and has no fiscal validity. Production use requires a signed agreement beforehand, including the data processing agreement required by article 28 of the GDPR.
4. Liability
The operator is responsible for the invoicing system meeting the requirements applicable to it, on the terms of the declaration of conformity published on this site.
Compliance with tax obligations rests at all times with the taxpayer. Fiscaza is a tool in service of that compliance; it does not replace tax advice, nor the taxpayer's own responsibility for the data recorded on their invoices.
The operator is not liable for service interruptions arising from causes outside its control, including incidents affecting the tax agency's systems or infrastructure providers.
5. Intellectual property
The contents of this website and the software constituting the service belong to the operator identified in section 1, except for third-party components incorporated under their respective licences.
Subscribing to the service grants a right of use on the agreed terms and transfers no intellectual property rights.
6. Governing law
This notice is governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be heard by the courts having jurisdiction under the applicable rules.
