Fiscaza Invoicing customer terms

Last updated: 14 October 2026

Version 2026-10-14. These terms cover the invoicing service for freelancers and small businesses, including free and paid plans. Fiscaza API for software vendors has a separate agreement.

1. Who provides the service

The provider is Michael Tegner, trading as Fiscaza (123 Konsulent), tax ID Y6488390N, Calle Pintor Sobejano 70B, 30710 Los Alcázares, Murcia, Spain. Contact: info@fiscaza.com; telephone +34 634 329 788.

2. Registration and contracting

This service is for use in your business or professional activity. By creating an account, you confirm that you have authority to contract for your business. Supply accurate information, keep it up to date and protect your credentials and authorised users’ access.

To register, complete the form, review and correct your details, accept these terms and select Create account. Creation and opening of your account confirms free registration. If you selected a paid plan, you must separately confirm the subscription on the Stripe checkout screen, which shows the price, taxes, trial duration and next payment date. Selecting a plan during registration does not itself charge you.

These terms are available in English and Spanish and can be saved or printed from your browser before acceptance. We store the accepted version, document language and acceptance date against your account; you can request a copy at info@fiscaza.com. The interface also offers other languages.

3. What Fiscaza includes

Features and limits are those of the selected plan shown on the pricing page and in your account settings. Depending on your plan, these include invoices, customers, expenses, reports, tax tools and Spanish payroll. Payroll is included only in Built-in Accountant, the top plan.

Tax and payroll tools cover the situations expressly supported in the application. You must enter and review the data, employment contracts, collective agreements and circumstances relevant to your business and employees. The software does not include a human adviser. A calculation, draft or payslip does not prove salary payment, Social Security registration or filing of a return. Payments and official procedures require the relevant separate steps; a filing is confirmed only by its official receipt.

Issued invoices and other records subject to statutory retention cannot be freely deleted or altered; corrections follow the procedures required by law and supported in the application.

4. Prices, trials and cancellation

The free plan has the published limits. Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe, with the taxes displayed at checkout. The price and conditions you confirm at checkout apply to your subscription.

Where a 14-day free trial of a paid plan is offered, checkout shows when it ends and what you will be charged afterwards. The subscription renews automatically until cancelled. Cancel before the next charge through subscription management in Settings; if you cannot access it, contact info@fiscaza.com. The portal’s confirmation shows the effective cancellation date.

Cancellation stops subsequent renewals and does not itself delete tax or employment records subject to retention. Before leaving, download the documents you need and request assistance for any additional copy. Contact info@fiscaza.com about billing errors or refunds. These terms do not exclude mandatory legal rights.

5. Permitted use, availability and support

You may use the service to manage your business within the subscribed plan. Your data and documents remain yours; a subscription does not transfer ownership of the software. Do not use it for fraud, unauthorised access, harmful code or infringement of others’ rights.

Fiscaza maintains and corrects the service. Maintenance and incidents, including those affecting providers or public authorities, may interrupt access. Report problems through Help or info@fiscaza.com. Uninterrupted availability or a tax outcome without reviewing the relevant data and requirements is not promised. Each party is responsible under applicable law; liability that cannot legally be limited is not excluded.

We may restrict access as necessary to contain a security risk, unlawful use or non-payment, giving the reason where possible and lawful. A restriction does not authorise destruction of records that must be retained.

6. Your account’s personal data

Fiscaza is controller for registration, security, subscription billing and support data. The privacy policy linked below explains purposes, legal bases, recipients, retention and rights. Accepting these terms is not consent to advertising or unrelated uses of your data.

7. Processing your business’s personal data

This section is the GDPR article 28 processing agreement for the invoicing service. Your business is controller of the personal data it enters; Fiscaza is processor. The agreement lasts while Fiscaza processes those data on your behalf, including their return or deletion at the end of service, subject to statutory retention.

The purpose is hosting, organising, calculating, consulting, generating and exporting documents and, when you expressly authorise the relevant function, transmitting them to the specified recipient. Data subjects include customers, suppliers, contacts, users and employees. Data include identification, contact, tax and financial details, invoices, receipts, payment accounts, employment contracts and records. Payroll may include family, disability and administrative sick-leave information; do not enter diagnoses or medical histories. You must establish a legal basis and, where applicable, a GDPR article 9 exception, inform data subjects and check data accuracy and necessity.

8. Changes, complaints and governing law

Material changes to these terms or prices will be communicated before they apply to an existing relationship so that you can review them and decide whether to continue or cancel. Existing account holders are not treated as having accepted new terms retrospectively.

For complaints, write to info@fiscaza.com with your account and the problem. Spanish law applies, and jurisdiction follows the applicable legal rules. Any mandatory rights you may have are preserved.
